Ricky Dennis, President, has served on the Citizens Advisory Panel of the Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office for nearly ten years. Additionally, Mr. Dennis is a charter member of the California Alliance of Taxpayer Advocates, which works with the California state legislature to protect taxpayer’s rights. Mr. Dennis has a background as a CPA (license status: current, inactive.) He graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude, in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University at Northridge. After three years with Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Whinney) as a Senior Tax Consultant, he spent five years in the real estate and development sector. He soon realized the property tax market was under-served. He launched his own company in 1992. Since then he has presented more than 5000 cases in Los Angeles and the surrounding counties. He has actively appealed cases in depressed and inflated markets.
